Property Manager - Property Tax Period

Once the setup for the year is complete, all monthly processes should follow the same procedure—there is no difference between the initial assessment and the subsequent months. The Property Tax Period menu is designed to guide you through the process from start to finish.

It is very important to select the correct period before clicking any buttons in the process. The system assigns actions to the period that is selected at the time the button is pressed.
