Welcome to Wise Property Manager
Wise Property Manager is responsible for the assessment of property taxes on behalf of municipalities. Batches from the National Registry’s HMS system are imported into Business Central, containing the initial tax assessments for each year as well as any subsequent changes. The taxes are recognized as revenue, posted monthly to the customer ledger, and sent for collection through the bank in a streamlined process. The system also maintains records of property owners and tracks outstanding balances on each property.
Wise publishes manuals for all specialized systems the company has developed. These manuals cover system functionality and are not training manuals. The manual walks through the main menu of the system explaining what information is stored and what functionality is available at each step.
This manual for Wise Property Manager covers BC25 or newer versions.
Wise uses a licensing system for its applications. All users who use the system also need the permission set WISELCS BASIC assigned.
