Vendor Business Accounts manage supplier relationships and purchase transactions through dedicated business accounts.

Creating Vendor Business Account Relationships

System Requirements

  • Business Account must be Type "Vendor"

  • Valid vendor must exist in system

Creation Process

  1. Automatic Creation: During vendor transaction posting

  2. Manual Creation: Through Vendor Business Account page

  3. Validation: System ensures business account is vendor type
